Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be an effective leader who brings non-profit management expertise and experience in community based and residential services for children and adults.
Essential Duties include:
Oversee a team of Directors and provide day-to-day leadership to carry out the mission of the organization.
Provide effective financial and budget management and oversight.
Cultivate existing relationships with strategic partners, community organizations, and public and private funders and work to develop new relationships to support the daily operations of the agency.
Build a strong effective relationship with the board of trustees and keep the board informed of the operations of the organization.
Direct the development efforts of the agency and build relationships in the community to assist in securing new donors.
Facilitate strategic planning and work with the board of trustees and employees to achieve strategic initiatives.
Oversee the maintenance of the physical locations and ensure an appropriate work environment.
Maintain involvement in the professional field, interpret trends, and issues related to the agency, and communicate this information to the Board and the employees.
Qualified candidates will have graduate degree in human services and a minimum of six years documented and progressively responsible experiences in management and administration or a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a minimum of ten years executive level experience.
Must complete all required background checks and credit check.
