This is a live-in position working 7 day on/7 day off shifts.
Daily Responsibilities include:
caring for the safety, security and welfare of residents.
monitoring mental health and behavior and providing guidance to all residents.
coordinating and overseeing all daily activities in the home ensuring residents are following all program rules and regulations.
ensuring program follows all state license rules and regulations.
teaching independent living skills assist residents in developing coping techniques provide daily transportation to appointments and after school activities assist in developing treatment planning goals and helping residents achieve their goals.
Qualified candidates must have a High School diploma, a valid Driver's License and be at least 21 years of age.
Some college and/or experience is preferred.
