4K a year We are looking to hire an accounts payable clerk for our region.
This position would be a part of a team of two responsible for processing the accounts payable functions for both locations in our region.
Job Type:
Full-time 8-5 with overtime hours available when needed Responsibilities include:
Daily invoice data entry Matching packing slips to vendor invoices Reviewing vendor invoices for errors Reconciling vendor statements Communicating with purchasing department Address and respond to vendor inquiries Filing Qualifications include:
High School diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in accounting or at least 1 year of accounts payable experience.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook Excellent data entry skills (including 10-key) with disciplined attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong time management skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
